Purpose of the role:

As a Dealer/Inspector in Bombay Club, you will be responsible for dealing and inspecting the games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, various Stud poker variations, and other casino games on offer) at a very high standard to our VIP guests in Bombay Clubs (land-based environments) and virtually in our game studio.

• Ensure smooth and professional gameplay by following established gaming protocols both at the tables and in related operations.
• Inspect games and support fellow Dealers with guidance when needed.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable attitude in all guest and team interactions.
• Anticipate guest needs to consistently exceed their expectations.
• Deliver an exceptional gaming experience with confidence and precision.
• Foster a respectful and collaborative team environment, showing empathy and support.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and professionalism.
• Provide and accept feedback to ensure seamless gaming operations and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for: 

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience dealing and inspecting VIP casino games in a high-end casino environment.
• Proficiency in dealing various casino games at a VIP level, including but not limited to Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and multiple Stud poker variations.
• Poise and the ability to communicate professionally and courteously at all times.
• Clear, seamless, and concise communication skills to keep colleagues informed about daily operations.
• Attentiveness to anticipate guests’ needs, preferences, and requirements, ensuring top-level customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
• Commitment to strictly following the casino’s Procedure Manual.
