Purpose of the role:

As a Pit Boss, your main responsibility is to support the Floor Manager in overseeing daily operations across the Club’s gaming areas — both in the Casino and our game studio. You’ll lead and coordinate a team of gaming staff during your shift to ensure everything runs smoothly, professionally, and in line with our service standards. Your goal is to help create an excellent gaming experience for every guest, whether they’re playing online or on-site.

How you will contribute: 

• Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, and provide guidance about the local area when needed.
• Monitor the gaming floor and promptly communicate any operational issues, staffing needs, or training requirements to the Floor Manager.
• Accurately report on gaming statistics, including drop, casino win/loss, and individual player win/loss, when requested.
• Support administrative tasks and assist with player identification or other guest needs as directed by management.
• Collaborate with Hotel colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the Burman Hotel and Bombay Club.
• Create and manage the break list for all gaming staff across the Casino.
• Ensure adherence to the Procedure Manual and highlight any suggested temporary adjustments to the Floor Manager for improved guest experience.
• Be proactive in anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Execute emergency procedures in coordination with Surveillance and Security.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a Pit Boss role is required.
• Ability and drive to mentor, inspire, motivate, and lead team members.
• Seamless, clear, and concise communication skills to keep colleagues informed about relevant daily operations.
• Attentiveness to constantly and consistently anticipate guests' needs, preferences, and requirements and take action accordingly to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
• Poise and the ability to communicate professionally and courteously at all times.
• Accuracy and attention to detail when performing daily tasks.
• Tech-savvy and above-average computer skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Readiness to maintain an outstanding appearance at all times.
• The minimum age requirement is 21 years.
