Purpose of the role:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning clientele. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exemplary table service, demonstrating extensive knowledge of our menu, and upholding the high standards of our establishment.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Provide impeccable table service, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and offer detailed descriptions of dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods, showcasing deep knowledge of our cuisine.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, leveraging a thorough understanding of our menu offerings to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery, maintaining the quality and presentation standards of dishes and beverages.
- Proactively anticipate guests' needs and preferences, addressing any concerns or inquiries to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain cohesive and efficient service flow, fostering a positive work environment.
- Accurately and efficiently handle guest payments, process transactions, and provide receipts with attention to detail.
- Embody professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality in all interactions, upholding the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
- Stay informed about current promotions, menu updates, and special events to effectively communicate relevant information to guests.
What we expect from you:
- Previous experience as a waiter or server in a high-end restaurant setting, preferably with expertise in the cuisines we offer or within fine dining establishments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling courteous and attentive interactions with guests.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to delivering impeccable service, especially under pressure.
- Proficiency in high-end table service practices, such as wine service and dining etiquette, to ensure a sophisticated dining experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with the restaurant industry's operational requirements.
- Medical Certificate for food operators required.
- Minimum age requirement 21 years.
