Purpose of the role

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Dishwasher for our various venues. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the smooth flow of culinary operations. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Your responsibilities will be

• Operating industrial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Properly sorting and storing clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in designated areas. Organizing items to facilitate easy access for kitchen staff.

• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste properly.

• Working closely with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations. Communicating effectively with team members to manage the timely availability of clean dishes.

• Following established protocols and guidelines for dishwashing and cleaning tasks. Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines.

• Reporting any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance issues promptly. Assisting in basic maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working condition.

• Completing assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Managing time effectively to meet the demands of the kitchen during peak hours.

• Being adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Assisting in other kitchen duties during slow periods.

What we expect from you

• While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform
  repetitive tasks.

• Capable of working collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a well-
  coordinated kitchen environment.

• Strong focus on cleanliness and the ability to spot and address issues
  promptly.

• Efficiently manage time to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen.

• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Ability to handle varying workloads and adapt to changing kitchen dynamics.

• EU work eligibility is required, as we cannot provide visa support for this role.

• Having basic Estonian skills is an advantage

• Minimum age requirement 21 years.
