The Burman Hotel’s Spa, which opened in March 2025, is hidden on the lowest floor of the hotel, offering two treatment rooms, a jacuzzi, a Japanese bath, and a Finnish sauna. The soothing environment offers a unique wellness experience that rejuvenates both the mind and body.
Purpose of the role:
The Spa Receptionist assists guests with spa bookings, inquiries, and ensures a smooth flow of spa operations. This role involves managing appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming and organised spa reception area.
How you will contribute:
- Greet and engage with guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival and appreciated when they leave.
- Schedule spa appointments and manage the reservation system.
- Communicate effectively with spa staff regarding daily appointments, requests, and special accommodations.
- Provide guests with information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Process payments and transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
- Assist in promoting spa products and services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
- Strong multitasking and task prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in booking systems and the MS Office suite.
- Conversational proficiency in English and Estonian.
- Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
The team by your side:
You will be joining a Spa team of seven, including Spa Receptionists, Spa Therapists, and the Head of Spa, while also collaborating with other teams from the hotel, casino club, and restaurants.
