Purpose of the role:
The Bombay Casino Club Doorman is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and security for the club guests and staff at the entrance of the hotel. This role involves welcoming guests, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, and maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere.
How you will contribute:
- Greeting and welcoming guests professionally and courteously when they arrive and leave.
- Providing information about the club services, promotions, and events.
- Working together with the Club management and Surveillance team in order to ensure guest and staff safety in the Club premises.
- Enforcing the hotel's dress code and entry policies.
- Handling difficult situations with tact and professionalism, including denying entry to underage or visibly intoxicated individuals.
- Engaging with guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Resolving minor guest complaints or issues, and escalating more serious concerns to the appropriate manager.
- Coordinating with security and other staff to manage the flow of guests.
Responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and evacuations.
What we are looking for:
- Conversational-level English and Estonian are essential; any additional language is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in the security field is not required but considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of security procedures and protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach — especially when working with VIP clients.
- Basic computer skills and attention to accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility with shift schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Minimum age of 21.

You’ll be joining the Bombay Casino team, working alongside other Club Doormen, Club Receptionists, and Wallet Operations Specialists. The whole team reports to the Product Operations Manager, who will support you throughout your onboarding and training to help you succeed in your role.
