Purpose of the role:

As a VIP Host in the Bombay casino, your main responsibility is to ensure that high-value guests and players receive exceptional service and personalised attention. You will play a crucial role in motivating VIP customers to engage in their gambling activities and fostering customer loyalty by providing a welcoming and luxurious experience.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Provide VIP Service: Ensure our top players feel welcomed and valued, offering personalized service that anticipates their needs.
• Build Relationships: Be available to VIP guests, even outside regular hours, to cater to their requests and provide exclusive benefits like free play, meals, or accommodations.
• Enhance the Experience: Be present when VIP guests are playing, encourage high-stakes games, and promote other exciting casino activities.
• Problem Solver: Address any issues or complaints from VIP guests promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Crypto Expertise: Assist with cryptocurrency-related inquiries on the spot.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our Service Operations and Travel teams to fulfill client requests and ensure seamless service.

What we expect from you:

• People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build lasting relationships with VIP players.
• Casino & Crypto Knowledge: Understanding of casino games, operations, and basic cryptocurrency.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in hospitality or casinos, is highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Estonian; Russian is a bonus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasionally travel to other Bombay Collection locations.
