Purpose of the role:

In the role of Social Media Manager, you will inspire and engage audiences through dynamic social media strategies that showcase 11 unique products. This role focuses on crafting compelling content, building strong online communities, and driving sales through creative campaigns. By delivering top-quality, on-brand visuals and messaging, and leveraging performance insights, you will amplify the brand’s presence and create meaningful connections with audiences.

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube for 11 products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  
• Produce detailed technical briefs for copywriters, providing clear guidance and direction for content creation across platforms and products. Additionally, review and ensure copy accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  
• Engage with target audiences, fostering community involvement and responding promptly in English, Estonian, and preferably Russian.
  
• Provide detailed and actionable briefs for videographers and designers, ensuring content meets high-quality standards.
  
• Create content and campaigns designed to drive sales exclusively through social media channels, offering unique and compelling experiences.
  
• Analyze performance metrics such as engagement rates and subscriber growth to optimize content and drive results.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, design, copywriting, and other teams to integrate social media efforts seamlessly into larger marketing campaigns.
  
  

What we expect from you:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in social media management, preferably within industries such as iGaming, luxury, hospitality, or dining, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, Estonian, and preferably Russian, with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.
• Experience with video editing software and the ability to provide technical guidance to videographers.
• In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms and analytics tools for performance optimization.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset, committed to data-driven decision-making.
• Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
