Chesterfield Poker Club operates under the Bombay Group umbrella but maintains its own distinct brand. As the only club in the Nordic region dedicated exclusively to poker, Chesterfield welcomes all who share a passion for this brilliant mind game, which has gained immense popularity in recent years. Located near Tallinn's central square, the club hosts regular poker tournaments, international festivals, and numerous exciting special events. On weekends, top players from Estonia and around the globe compete at ten tables alongside those for whom poker is a cherished hobby and a pleasant break from their daily routines.
Purpose of the role:
In the role of Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the way in shaping and promoting the Chesterfield Poker Club brand. From planning creative campaigns to managing our online presence and collaborating with influencers, you’ll focus on driving engagement and attracting players. You’ll balance digital strategies with offline activities, making data-driven decisions and working closely with the team to ensure everything we do feels cohesive, exciting, and connected to our audience.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Plan and execute marketing strategies with a focus on 70% digital and 30% offline activities.
- Develop and manage digital campaigns, including SEO optimization, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media content.
- Oversee the Chesterfield Poker Club website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Manage offline marketing efforts such as print materials, outdoor campaigns, venue screen promotions, and photoshoots.
- Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and internal teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and player acquisition.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, interpret data, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Design and execute targeted social media content plans, schedule posts, and respond to audience interactions.
- Coordinate with brand managers, writers, designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all channels.
- Organize and participate in venue-specific activities, including promotional events and live marketing campaigns.
- Attend major events to capture live footage, conduct player interviews, and create compelling content for online and offline platforms.
What we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing management across online and offline channels, preferably in the gaming industry, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, and CMS systems.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent creative skills for developing impactful marketing campaigns and content across digital and offline channels.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and how to leverage them for targeted marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and brand guidelines.
- Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with offline marketing efforts, including managing print materials, outdoor campaigns, and photoshoots.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and casino managers, confidently presenting ideas and advocating for marketing strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to attend weekend events and adjust work schedules to accommodate event-based marketing needs.
- Ability to propose creative ideas and solutions with confidence and professionalism, navigating a competitive setting with poise and adaptability.
- A collaborative mindset, with experience working across teams such as brand management, design, and development.
- Proficiency in English, Estonian, and preferably Russian, with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.
