The Burman Hotel’s Spa, which opened in March 2025, is hidden on the lowest floor of the hotel, offering two treatment rooms, a jacuzzi, a Japanese bath, and a Finnish sauna. The soothing environment offers a unique wellness experience that rejuvenates both the mind and body.

Purpose of the role:

The Spa Masseur focuses on delivering a variety of professional massage treatments to enhance guests' well-being at the Burman Hotel's spa. This role is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized massages while ensuring a serene and rejuvenating experience for each guest.

How you will contribute: 

• Provide a range of professional massages at the highest standard.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, and relaxation during treatments.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Interact with guests professionally, offering a warm welcome and fond farewell.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms.
• Upsell spa services and products to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in massage therapy.
• Communicate effectively with spa staff regarding appointments and special requests.
• Report any faults, defects, or maintenance needs in the spa to the Head Spa Therapist.
• Assist in managing inventory and stock levels of spa products.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant certification and ability to perform various massages.
• Previous experience in a spa environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in conversational English and Estonian.
• Passion for wellness and hospitality.
• Team player committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

The team by your side:

You will be joining a Spa team of seven, including Spa Receptionists, Spa Therapists, and the Head of Spa, while also collaborating with other teams from the hotel, casino club, and restaurants. To gain a better understanding of our services and the products we use, feel free to explore and familiarize yourself with the Spa Menu
