Purpose of the role:

As a Casino Surveillance Specialist you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, fair, and compliant environment across our gaming and hospitality operations. Your focus will be on monitoring activity with precision, supporting security efforts, and upholding the highest standards of integrity.

How you will contribute: 

• Monitor live gaming and operational areas to detect suspicious activity or irregularities.
• Safeguard game integrity by observing dealer conduct and assessing customer behaviour.
• Support internal investigations, responsible gambling reviews, and regulatory reporting.
• Operate advanced surveillance systems and maintain clear, accurate documentation of incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve player disputes and address integrity concerns.
• Ensure adherence to Estonian gaming laws, internal controls, and data protection regulations.

What we are looking for:

• In-depth knowledge of casino games, procedures, and common cheating or collusion techniques is key to succeeding in this role.
• Proven experience in casino surveillance or gaming security is strongly preferred (3+ years).
• Sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of discretion.
• Confidence in using surveillance systems and tools, including PTZ cameras, DVRs, and digital logging systems.
• Strong communication skills, especially for reporting incidents and collaborating with internal departments.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Fluent English skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in 12-hour shifts, including nights, scheduled across Monday to Sunday according to a shift plan.

The team by your side:

You’ll be part of the Bombay Security & Surveillance team, consisting of ten professionals, including Senior Specialists, other Surveillance Specialists, and Compliance. On a daily basis, you’ll work closely with teams at Bombay Club and Chesterfield Poker Club to ensure operational integrity and security.
