Purpose of the role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Webmaster to own and manage our marketing websites, content systems, and landing pages. This role is a mix of technical precision and creative execution — perfect for someone who knows their way around WordPress, front-end tools, and loves keeping websites fast, functional, and always ready for the next big campaign. 

You'll be the go-to person for everything CMS: maintaining site structure, managing updates, and ensuring content changes go live smoothly. You’ll also collaborate with marketing and design teams to launch new content, support SEO and tracking, and keep our websites running at their best.

How you will contribute: 

• Maintain and update WordPress websites, including content, plugins, and overall CMS structure.
• Manage site organization, page templates, and admin panel configurations.
• Make design and content tweaks using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support content rollouts, campaigns, and SEO updates.
• Implement and manage tracking scripts (e.g., Google Tag Manager, pixels, analytics).
• Coordinate with DevOps or hosting partners on DNS settings, SSL certificates, and uptime monitoring.
• Troubleshoot site issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts to ensure optimal performance.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience managing WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of page builders, templates, and custom themes.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple content requests.
• Familiarity with staging environments, SFTP, and hosting dashboards.
• Solid knowledge of SSL, DNS, and basic CMS security practices.
• Experience working with external agencies or development teams.
• Fluency in Estonian and English is a must — you’re confident managing content and communication in both languages.
• Ability to be flexible with working hours and manage urgent issues outside of normal business hours.
• Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms is beneficial — front-end development skills are also a plus.

You’ll be part of the Bombay Marketing team alongside Designers, a Social Media Manager, Copywriter, and CRM Manager, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. You’ll also collaborate regularly with external partners and agencies.
