-
Support people operations across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit—ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
-
Drive employee engagement, morale, and retention through meaningful initiatives and cultural alignment.
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; support conflict resolution and lead workplace investigations when needed.

-
Use data and insights to support decision-making, report on people trends, and identify areas for improvement.
-
Help shape the best employee experience by aligning people practices with our culture and values.
-
Lead or support people-focused projects and trainings based on business needs and your strengths.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a People Partner and experience in other HR areas (recruitment, L&D, people ops) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Estonian labor law and HR best practices, with the ability to draft documents and advise on employment matters.
- Proven track record supporting international teams and managers in a fast-paced business environment.
- Solid knowledge of core people practices and trends, with experience leading impactful initiatives.
- A people-first mindset balanced with creativity, flexibility, and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills — you’re approachable and trusted by stakeholders.
- High integrity and professionalism, and you handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Experience navigating change, whether through growth, restructuring, or other transformations.
- Fluency in Estonian and English is essential.
- Thrive in the energy of a growing company and love building cultures where people feel valued.
