Purpose of the role:
The Special Project Creative Specialist plays a vital role within the Executive Support Services team, reporting directly to the Special Projects Manager. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality creative support across a wide range of special projects, with a particular focus on Digiwheel. Acting as the main point of contact for all Digiwheel-related creative needs, the Specialist ensures high-standard execution and responsiveness for key stakeholders. In addition to creative execution, the role supports the broader objectives of the special projects function - contributing to strategic initiatives across marketing, promotions, and customer engagement through innovative, brand-aligned solutions.
How you will contribute:
- Creative Development & Execution: Design and deliver high-quality visual and creative assets to support special projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project objectives.
- Digiwheel Ownership: Act as the main creative point of contact for all Digiwheel-related initiatives, ensuring timely, high-standard responses and deliverables tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Special Projects Manager and other team members to understand project goals, timelines, and creative needs, translating concepts into effective visual outputs.
- Special Projects Support: Provide creative and logistical support across a wide range of special projects, adapting to various scopes and formats - from marketing campaigns to internal presentations and customer engagement tools.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold brand consistency and quality across all visual communications, ensuring creative work reflects the company’s tone, style, and strategic intent.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Bring fresh creative ideas and solutions to support strategic objectives, using innovation to enhance engagement, impact, and relevance of special projects.
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning and tracking deliverables for creative components of special projects, ensuring deadlines and standards are consistently met.

What we are looking for:
- Creative Design Expertise: Proven experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, or multimedia content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and quality.
- Project Support Experience: Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional projects from concept to execution, ideally within marketing, branding, or customer engagement contexts.
- Digital Tools Proficiency: Proficient in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts and respond effectively to feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working closely with stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership, with a strong sense of professionalism and responsiveness.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities; able to take initiative and work independently when needed.
- Brand Awareness: Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across creative outputs.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail in all creative work, from concept to final delivery.
- Experience in Gaming, Entertainment, or Tech Sectors (Preferred): Familiarity with industry trends, particularly in gaming or digital entertainment, is a plus—especially if related to promotional technology like Digiwheel.

You’ll be part of the Bombay Executive Support team, reporting to the Special Projects Manager and working closely with our branding, casino and marketing team.
