Manual QA
Join us and play a key role in establishing a data-driven culture that helps share unforgettable casino, hospitality and entertainment experiences
Bombay is a collection of casino (landbased and online), entertainment and hospitality brands, crafted to deliver luxury in every detail - from our exquisite facilities to our personalised service and the unique stories we inspire. Located in the heart of Tallinn, Bombay redefines luxury VIP experiences with its exclusive Bombay casino club, The Burman boutique hotel, restaurants, bars, spa, and bakery, embodying the spirit of elegance and refinement.
Purpose of the role:
As a Manual QA, you will be the guardian of quality at Bombay — designing and leading manual testing processes that ensure every release is functional, stable, and user-friendly. You’ll spot risks, refine features with the team, coordinate testing programs, and explore automation to make our products even better.
You will be a critical enhancement to the growing Product Department, that manages the development of the following in-house products:
- Bombay Wallet - The key entry point and heart of the Bombay Product ecosystem
- Casino Management Software - Collection of Products and Back Offices used to set up and operate our Landbased Casinos and Wallet Customers
- Bombaycasino.com - Bombay's Online Casino extension
- Loyalty ecosystem - Product for rewarding any activity within Bombay Ecosystem
How you will contribute:
- Own the manual QA strategy in Bombay — define processes and standards, tools, and documentation for all manual testing activities.
- Create clear, user-centric documentation for all pre-live and live release mandatory testing scenarios.
- Understand the full product offering of Bombay and identify potential risks that are impacted by developments of the products.
- Test features with a product mindset — validating both functional accuracy and user experience quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage matches business priorities.
- Coordinate testnet launches and community testing programs to gather real-world feedback.
- Track, prioritize, and verify defect fixes with a focus on impact to the end user.
- Advocate for product quality in roadmap discussions by sharing QA insights and user pain points.
- Explore the possibilities of implementing automated testing framework according to the needs of the products.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years in manual QA with exposure to product management or UX.
- Proven experience setting up QA processes and documentation from scratch.
- Strong ability to think from an end-user perspective.
- Experience working with Agile teams and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion).
- Fluent spoken and written English, with excellent documentation and presentation skills, Estonian language is a plus.
- Comfortable managing both detailed testing work and big-picture product quality goals.
- Ability to work full-time in an office-based environment, contributing positively to team culture and collaboration.
The team by your side:
You'll be part of the Bombay Product team of around 30 people, working closely with Product & Technology teams, Consultants and Leadership teams, while reporting to the Head of Product. Bombay Group already brings together 400+ people — and we’re still growing.
