Purpose of the role:
The Financial Analyst supports the Group Controller in driving financial accuracy, transparency, and performance monitoring across the Bombay Group’s diverse operations. The role focuses on reconciliations, reporting, and analysis, ensuring reliable data for informed decision-making. Close collaboration with the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team is key to delivering actionable insights and supporting the Group’s overall financial health.
How you will contribute:
- Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of PSP (Payment Service Provider) transactions and revenues from operational systems, investigating and resolving mismatches.
- Reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support month-end closing procedures, including PSP balance confirmations and coordination with financial stakeholders.
- Set up and process bank withdrawals in collaboration with finance leadership.
- Monitor PSP balances and track liquidity across platforms.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including KPIs, dashboards, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with the BI team to improve financial data visualization and reporting.
- Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, tools, and automation.
- Uphold high standards of integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reporting and reconciliations.
What we are looking for:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.
- Proven ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, including senior management and the board.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial operations; multi-entity or hospitality/gaming sector experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems; strong financial modeling skills are an advantage
- Fluency in Estonian and English is required.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

You’ll be part of Bombay’s Finance Team, led by our CFO, reporting directly to the Group Controller and working closely with the Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Accountants, and fellow Financial Analysts. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues during onboarding and in your day-to-day work, with strong collaboration across the Group’s diverse operations.
