- Partner with stakeholders across CRG, Product, Operations, and other functions to understand data requirements.
- Create dashboards, reports, and self-service tools that make data accessible and actionable.
- Perform in-depth analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Present findings clearly, tailoring insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
What we are looking for:
- 2–4+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a hybrid role.
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in data modeling.
- Proficiency in Python (or R) for data wrangling, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow) and modern data pipeline design.
- Familiarity with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Skilled in BI/visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work effectively across business functions and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in English is required.
