Purpose of the role:
As Restaurant Floor Manager, you’ll lead front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service, high standards, and exceptional guest experiences—working closely with the Restaurant Manager and a dedicated team.
How you will contribute:
- Lead and support the daily operations of front-of-house teams (servers, hosts, bartenders) for smooth and efficient service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold high standards in service and professionalism.
- Oversee the dining floor to ensure timely seating, smooth coordination, and guest satisfaction.
- Interact with guests, handle special requests, and resolve issues with care and efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Maintain front-of-house readiness—cleanliness, setup, inventory, and supplies.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with scheduling, admin, and performance feedback as needed.
- Act as a communication link between staff and management to foster teamwork.
- Always look for ways to improve guest experience and service flow.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality, ideally in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong ability to lead, train, and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining service, including wine, beverage pairing, and refined service etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for smooth interaction with guests and teams.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for hospitality, food, and beverage, with a focus on quality and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00.
- Valid Medical Certificate for food handlers.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
